Bad Weekend

I am so over ran with emotions this weekend.
Stress. I am so stressed out and most of it is work. The guy I am close to at work got hurt bad and I am sure he won’t be able to walk for awhile. I was one of the first people there and it was like watching a family member get hurt. I wanted to almost cry and I felt so bad for him. I was worried sick. It left me a mental mess the rest of the night.
The other I can’t talk about yet nor how to even deal with it in words.
